SCHOLASTIC ASSESSMENT TEST (SAT Coaching)
The Scholastic Assessment Test or SAT is a distinguished admission test. It is required to be given by those candidates who wish to seek admission to undergraduate programs primarily in the USA.
SAT scores are used by more than 4,000 undergraduate programs in USA. The SAT exam is conducted four times a year in India, in the months of March, May, October, and December. The test is scheduled for the first Saturday of these months. The new SAT focuses more on the skills and knowledge that you will likely encounter in high schools, college, and in the job aspect.
While undertaking SAT prep, it is important to remember that the test is divided into four sections. These are namely the Reading, Writing and Language, Maths, and an Optional Essay. With a total duration of 3 hours and 45 minutes, students are required to give the exam to the best of their abilities. Our SAT coaching services provide an intensive, comprehensive, economical approach, such that every student is provided with a specialised attention in their test.
Scored out of a total of 1600, a good score is considered that of a 1250+, but that again depends on the university under consideration. Candidates can make an application for this exam online and face no restrictions on the number of times that they can appear for the same. The SAT exam scores are valid for a period of 5 years. The process to attain the scores takes between 17-22 calendar days.
To be able to study undergraduate courses in USA, students are required to meet certain eligibility criteria. One such eligibility criteria includes appearing for the SAT exam. Some of the undergraduate programs in Singapore require SAT but this differs from each university.
During our SAT coaching, we ensure to tap into the thinking ability of the students to efficiently solve problems and communicate, while at the same time look into your basic classroom skills such as Reading, Writing, and Mathematics and how well you apply that knowledge. All of the above-mentioned criteria are assessed in the exam. The SAT is taken by more than two million students every year at thousands of testing centres. There is no negative marking for the revised version of the SAT.
