Independent College Dublin is a college in Dublin, Ireland which offers courses at Certificate, CPD, Diploma, Degree and Postgraduate levels. The college is part of, and supported by, the Independent News & Media plc group. It has been established in the year 2007.
The College consists of five Faculties, Law, Accountancy, Media & Journalism, Psychotherapy & Arts and Business & Management. Independent College Dublin programmes are validated to the highest standards both nationally and internationally. The college focuses on programmes that are relevant to today's challenging workplace, allowing students to develop personally, professionally and academically in a supportive environment.
The programmes are internationally recognized and are validated by a range of institutions including HETAC, ACCA, the University of Chester, the University of the West of England ,The Institute of Commercial Management, The Institute of Legal Executive and The Institute of Public Accountants in Ireland .

Independent College Dublin is located in the heart of the city centre at 60-63 Dawson Street, Dublin. This city centre location is within two minutes walking distance of Grafton Street and St. Stephen's Green. Surrounded by the recreational and cultural amenities of the city centre, this location provides an ideal atmosphere for students both before and after lectures. The university is easily accessible with excellent transport links including Luas, Bus and Rail.
The campus has 22 purpose-built lecture rooms across 28,000 square feet of teaching space, an on-site library, computer laboratories and café. The Joshua Dawson Library is situated on the second floor of the Independent College campus at 60/63 Dawson Street. The library has generous opening hours, extended around examination times (February – June). While the library remains the hub of research resources and services, there is online access throughout the building via the College Wi-Fi network, as well as from external locations. Academic programmes at Independent Colleges are supported by a range of electronic databases. It also has FE1 lecture series on DVD and Research tutorials for 1st, 2nd, 3rd year students and post-graduatesÂ
The school offers self-catering apartments all year-round in two fantastic locations in Dublin city centre. The student can choose to live at the Charleston Road Apartments in the lively area of Ranelagh in a Single Occupancy Studio Apartment or Twin/Double Apartment or at the Archway Court Apartments in a single bedroom sharing the living and kitchen areas with other students.
