Students can work up to 20 hours a week during term time and full-time during holidays. Through the new scheme, international students from an ambit of countries which includes India can stay back in the UK for two years upon the completion of the course. The new route is set to be launched in the summer of 2021, meaning eligible graduates in the summer of 2021 (Academic Year 2020-21) will be able to apply for this route. This also includes those who have already commenced their course.

Career Opportunities in Ireland

International students in Ireland attending a full-time course of at least one year's duration leading to a qualification recognized can take up casual employment up to 20 hours part-time work per week or full-time work during vacation periods. Students who study in Ireland and complete a qualification with Bachelors (Three or Four Years), Postgraduate Diploma, Masters or MBA form Institution listed by an Irish Awarding Body can to remain in Ireland for up to 12 months and 6 months for the Ordinary Bachelor's Degree (Three years Full Time).
