Introduction
Educator and entrepreneur F.C. Woodbury established the institution in 1884 as a response to the needs of Los Angeles growing business community. Woodbury College (as it was first known) quickly built a reputation for degrees leading to the professions.
From the start, Woodbury believed in gender equity, as its first class was made up nearly equally of males and females. This commitment to diversity was very unusual at the time and remains one of our core principles. Woodbury University has three unique locations across Southern California. The main campus is a scenic 22-acres situated in Burbank, CA at the heart of Los Angeles creative economy. In addition, Woodbury also has a small campus in the Barrio Logan section of San Diego that offers both undergraduate and graduate Architecture programs. Woodbury also operates the WUHO, a storefront gallery space on Hollywood Blvd in the middle of the excitement of Hollywood, that offers free exhibitions.

Scholarships & Financial Aid for Indian Students
To encourage and reward academic excellence, each year Woodbury University awards a number of undergraduate merit scholarships based on a students academic promise and personal accomplishments. Merit scholarships are awarded to students in their first year at Woodbury. A students high school GPA (or college GPA for transfer students) is reviewed to determine which category of merit gets awarded.
As long as the required GPA is maintained, these merit awards are renewable up to an additional three years for standard programs or up to four years for architecture students.
