Work on campus: Many of our international students work in food services, and can earn an estimated $2,000 per year. Immigration allows students to work on campus for up to 20 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters and full-time during the summer and Christmas breaks. However, this work is not guaranteed and most recently, because of the American economy, it has been taking longer for students to get positions.
If you are a graduate student or an undergraduate student over the age of 22, you can live off campus, and save an estimated 3,000 dollars per year. There are affordable rooming houses within walking distance of the campus where you can live and cook for yourself.
