Humber is currently the largest college in Ontario, serving a diverse and extensive community. With 150 full time programs and 200 continuing educations programs to choose from, the 21,000 full-time and 55,000 part-time students of Humber have access to many opportunities for continuous learning.

Scholarships & Financial Aid for Indian Students

International Student Entrance Scholarships

All new international students studying in an academic program are eligible to apply for the following scholarships:

Full Tuition Renewable Scholarships

Humber offers two full tuition renewable scholarships for new students beginning their academic studies in September 2011. Applications will be considered based on academic achievement, community involvement, references and a written statement. Renewal of the scholarship will be based on the student’s ability to maintain a 70 per cent GPA in each year of his/her program at Humber.

Entrance Scholarships (Non-renewable)

Twelve (12) entrance scholarships valued at $1,000 CAD each will also be presented to international students. The scholarships are divided throughout our three semesters: eight (8) available for September 2011, three (3) available for January 2012, and one (1) available for May 2012.

Deadlines

Scholarship deadlines are as follows: June 10, 2011 (for September 2011), October 14, 2011 (for January 2012) and February 10, 2012 (for May 2012). Completed applications should be returned to the International Centre. All applications received by the appropriate due date will be considered by the Scholarship Committee. Only successful scholarship recipients will be contacted. Decisions of the Scholarship Committee are final.

Application forms and instructions for Full Tuition Renewable Scholarships and Entrance Scholarships (Non-renewable) will be included with your acceptance package.

General Scholarships Conditions:

You must be approved into a Humber postsecondary/postgraduate program before being considered eligible for a scholarship.
Scholarships will be awarded by decision of Humber's Scholarship Committee.
A student may not receive more than one scholarship.
Scholarships are available for September registration only.
Where scholarships are grouped by academic school/campus, only one scholarship is awarded per school/campus.You must be approved into a Humber postsecondary/postgraduate program before being considered eligible for a scholarship.
