The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) identifies 5 standards with the goal of making Ontario fully accessible to persons with disabilities by the year 2025. The Customer Service Standard is now law and St. Lawrence College is legally bound to comply with the requirements of the standard.The Employment Standard has been developed and is currently under consideration for adoption.
SLC prepares thousands of students each year for careers in Business, Health Sciences, Computer and Engineering Technology, Applied Arts and Music, and more. If the students need to upgrade their English language skills for academic purposes, SLC offers courses that prepare students to study in our diploma and degree programs.

Location & Facilities
SLC's campuses are situated in historic communities along the St. Lawrence River in eastern Ontario within easy traveling distance of two of Canada's largest cities, Toronto and Montreal. SLC is even closer to Ottawa, the nation's capital.
Brockville is one of the oldest and most beautiful communities in Ontario. As the eastern gateway to the 1000 Islands, it is a very accessible waterfront and many historical treasures. Dominating a beautiful park setting right on the St. Lawrence River, the Cornwall campus is small enough to be personal, yet large enough to provide for a variety of extracurricular activities.
Located on the shores of Lake Ontario, Kingston campus is the college's largest. Kingston has a thriving downtown that is rich with history, culture and nightlife.
St. Lawrence College is known for its vibrant campus life and a supportive, close-knit community environment.
