Application Form and Document Submissions:

Candidates need to complete their application form with precise details to the best of their knowledge. These details are verified at all the stages from admission to visa processing, hence, it is crucial to reassess all the documents before submission on the university portal.

Students should commence submitting the documents at the earliest so that they may edit or upload any additional documentation as per the university requirements.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach as different universities usually have different demands from students. Here are the most common admission requirements:

  1. Graduation certificate/diploma
  2. Filled-in application form
  3. Resume or CV
  4. Letter of intent
  5. Evidence of financial stability.
  6. Two/ Three letters of recommendation

On processing of the documents, universities ask students to appear for personal interviews via emails scheduling appointments for virtual interactions. After the personal interviews, the selected students receive a letter of acceptance from universities within a few weeks of interviews. Along with a prompt reply, students additionally have to pay a certain amount as a non-refundable deposit to ascertain their admission to the university

Visa Processing and Loan Sanctioning:

Settle your health insurance. The received Letter of Acceptance can be used to secure education loans from different financial institutions. Students eligible for scholarships/ financial aids should approach the authorities to get it done.

The last step in the process is to apply for a student visa. The student visa processing time is usually a fortnight however, it can extend well above a month. So, the students need to apply for a student visa as soon as the loan amount is sanctioned.
