Key Responsibilities:

- Actively prospect new clients and identify loan opportunities through various channels (e.g., phone, email, referrals, social media).
- Engage with potential borrowers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products (e.g., personal loans, mortgages, auto loans).
- Provide clients with clear information about loan terms, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and other key details.
- Collect necessary documentation from clients to complete loan applications.
- Process loan applications and assist clients in understanding the approval process.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure timely loan application submissions and resolve any questions or concerns.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall sales team performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, lending products, and changes in financial regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a loan sales or financial services role.
