Test Administration Duties:

  • Observing and monitoring the students during examinations and related assessments
  • Responding to any inquiries and concerns the examinees may have
  • Provide the tools and materials needed for the assessment
  • Perform troubleshooting for technical issues

Telecalling Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates or clients for registrations, follow-ups, or feedback.

  • Explain services or testing procedures clearly and professionally.

  • Maintain call logs and update candidate/client information in the system.
