Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. The Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functions, and assisting management and staff with a variety of office-related tasks. This role requires multitasking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee the smooth running of the office by ensuring that all administrative processes are in place and effectively executed.
Correspondence: Handle incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence, ensuring all communications are directed appropriately.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff as needed.
Documentation & Filing: Maintain and organize physical and electronic records, ensuring that all documents are filed correctly and are easily accessible.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, ordering necessary materials, and ensuring that the office environment remains fully equipped and organized.
Support to Management: Provide administrative support to the management team by preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring that they are attended to and directed to the appropriate team members.
