Job Specification for HR Professional (Recruitment)

• Smart Graduates / Post-Graduates with 1-4 years of experience along with minimum 6 months experience into recruitments.
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Should have experience of using job portals.
  
• Person will be responsible for end to end recruitments, sourcing & screening of candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews.
  
• Coordination with respective Business Manager for manpower requirements and interview scheduling.
• On boarding of employees.
