Key Responsibilities:

*Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments & conferences
*Arrange travel including flight & hotel bookings for management and guests
*Coordinate with vendors and handle guest interactions professionally
*Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain records
*Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
*Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Desired Skills:

*Knowledge of travel & hotel booking and vendor coordination
*Computer savvy (MS Office proficiency)
*Strong communication, writing & reporting skills
*Excellent scheduling, organizing & time management abilities
*Professional attitude and multitasking capability
