The University of South Wales was formed in 2013 by the merger of the University of Glamorgan and the University of Wales, Newport.

The University of South Wales has the following scholarships for international students. You will be automatically considered for one of these awards when we receive your application. You do not need to make a separate application and confirmation of scholarship will be included in your offer letter.
Undergraduate degree Courses – £1,500 per year
Postgraduate degree courses – £2,000
Master of Business Administration (MBA) – £1,500
South Wales offers two intakes; September and January / February. All our courses are offered in the September 2010 intake. Mostly postgraduate courses are offered in the January / February intake, however we also offer a small number of foundation and undergraduate courses.

- Fully completed application form - All sections need to be fully completed
- All qualification transcripts (these need to clearly show the final grade achieved unless the qualification is pending , in which case please make a note of this in the results section of the application from)
- Evidence of English proficiency - IELTS / TOEFL / HSC English above 65%
- Personal statement
- References from employer/college/university etc (1 for undergraduate and 2 for postgraduate)
