Melbourne
Taylors preferred accommodation option in Melbourne is the
student apartment and hostel facility - Taylors on A'Beckett (TOAB).
TOAB is located 5 minutes walk from the Taylors Melbourne
campus. The hostel, for 112 residents, has its own security
access and includes a combination of single and twin share rooms
equipped with wardrobes, heaters, desks, bunks, chairs and have
telephone and modem access for students requiring such
connections. The hostel also incorporates a restaurant,
recreational space and seminar rooms.
90 student apartments are also available comprising studio, one
and two bedroom style units with kitchenettes and bathrooms. A
resident manager and live-in supervisors staff the complex. The
restaurant is available for meals for residents of both the
hostel and apartments.
Sydney
The new, five-storey Taylors College campus in Sydney includes a
fully supervised student hostel located on the top floor of the
facility. The hostel, referred to as Taylors House, has the
capacity to house 125 students. It features air-conditioned
bedrooms, recreation facilities, laundry, showers, toilets and
kitchenettes. It also has a student canteen in which both
residents and students of the College can purchase meals.
Perth
Taylors College can arrange ongoing accommodation in single
rooms with carefully selected local host families.
Assistance with temporary accommodation on arrival is also
available. After arrival the College Accommodation Officer can
provide assistance and advice concerning on-going rental or
other accommodation options close to the campus.
Auckland
Taylors College can assist you to reserve a homestay, a place in
a student hostel or other accommodation that will be ready for
you on arrival in Auckland.
