The International Office team is dedicated to supporting the international students, from initial enquiry and application through to graduation. It is the central contact point for the University's international activities from marketing and promotion to organising induction programmes and graduation ceremonies, and it is always happy to help!

It offers the following services for students:

• Initial point of contact for all international student queries
• Organise International Induction Progammes
• Maintain links with Alumni Associations
• Provide additional services for international students for example, English tuition, airport pick-ups, social events etc.

It also manages the following recruitment activities:

• Organising overseas exhibitions and recruitment visits
• Working closely with over 60 universities all over the world to promote Portsmouth's degree programmes and build on its international reputation
• International marketing
• Production of marketing materials for overseas students
• Analysis of student data
• Main contact for British Council and ECS
• Visiting UK International Schools and Colleges
• Hosting visitors, agents, sponsors and Embassy staff.
