When enrolling, remember to include certified, translated copies of your school reports, examination certificates and school references for English for High School, High School, Diploma and Certificate Programs and /or IELTS certificate or equivalent if they apply to the nominated course.

When you send back your enrolment form and if you meet the Entry Requirements, you will receive a Letter of Offer for your selected course. Students who need to enrol in an English preparation course will receive a Letter of Offer for the English course as well as a Letter of Offer for the principal course.

After receipt of these documents fees must be paid. Countries that require pre-visa assessment will not need to forward fees until Immigration has granted PVA approval to proceed.

When it receives full payment of fees it will send you and Immigration, a Confirmation of Enrolment for your first course, and for your second course if you have paid these fees. For all courses, follow the details about payment on the preliminary offer letter. You will need both documents for your visa issue. Make sure you allow enough time for your visa application to be processed.

If you require homestay or airport transfer, send us your flight arrival details at least four weeks in advance. it will then send you your homestay details.

If you are under 18, your parents must nominate a guardian to act on your behalf while you are studying in Australia.
