Student Counseling
Johnson & Wales offers free tutoring and help in preparing written assignments. These services provide support by giving students every opportunity to achieve academic success.

JWU also offer workshop throughout the year on topics such as note talking and study habits. If at any time you need someone o talk to about personal issues, professionals are available to offer assistance.

Health Services
Each campus has an assigned doctor and health services staff to treat you as needed. These is no charge for treatment and some medications are provided  free of charge. A wide variety of hospitals and other medical facilities are located near all campuses.

Library
Librarians will help you find materials that you need and will teach you how to use the library's many resources. The library network offers the highest quality of technological library services and include electronic databases, E-books and virtual reference services. Through various relationships with other institutional libraries, students have access to additional resources.

Providence Campus Facilities

JWU's Providence Campus is a prominent part of Rhode Island's capital city. In and around the heart of downtown, you will enjoy access to the finest facilities. More than 3,500 student make their home at one of  JWU's 10 residence halls. Universities dining facilities, including Snowden Hall with its view of Gaebe Commons, reflect the varied flavor of world-renowned College of Culinary Arts. University-owned properties including two hotels, a retail store and a bakery give students an important opportunity to put their skills to work.
 

Miami Campus Facilities
Resident and commuter students enjoy a centralized, close-knit campus community. JWU's practicum facilities include a public hotel - the Bay Harbor Inn - and a business center where JWU students provide services to local businesses. From impressive classrooms, culinary laboratories and the University library network, to recreational facilities such as the Student Recreation Center, swimming pools and a beach volleyball court, the North Maimi Campus has been carefully designed to provide a complete college experience.
 

Denver Campus Facilities
JWU's Denver Campus, in the safe and historic Park Hill neighborhood, is simply beautiful. Traditional architecture and sprawling ground create a campus located minutes from the heart of downtown Denver. The student union, complete with its three-story atrium, is a popular gathering sport. It features a food court on the first level, meeting space for clubs and organizations, and more, The building also houses newly expanded library and a 450- seat event center operated by Sports/Entertainment/Event Management students.

Charlotte Campus Facilities
Located in Charlotte's Gateway Village, JWU campus facilities are custom designed and constructed to provide students with a top-notch college experience. From culinary laboratories, to student residence and service facilities, quality is the focus throughout.
