HIBT Housing: (rates as on 12th July, 05)

HIBT offers a range of accommodation options to suit different requirements and budgets. From basic halls of residence type accommodation on campus with shared bathrooms, to large rooms with ensuite bathrooms in new houses off campus. In all accommodation , fees include all utility bills.

Off Campus Accommodation (single rooms in 4/5 bedroom houses)

Category A/A1 -Large Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom: £1,475 per semester

Category B - A very large room with shared facilities: £1,300 per semester

On Campus Accommodation (single rooms in University Halls of Residence)

This accommodation is intended for new students and is only available for a maximum stay of one semester (16 weeks) at a cost of £59.50 per week. Students wishing to live in HIBT accommodation for further semesters may book a room in one of the houses off campus (see above).

Reserving Accommodation: After you have accepted an Offer to study at HIBT you can ask HIBT to arrange your accommodation. In order to do this you will need to pay an arrangement fee of £100 plus £300 rent in advance plus £200 deposit. The deposit is refundable on leaving the accommodation in satisfactory condition. The total to be paid to arrange accommodation is therefore £600. It advises this to be paid as early as possible as accommodation applications will not be processed until payment has been received.

Accommodation fees are charged per semester (16 weeks) and the balance of the accommodation fees must be paid within 3 weeks of the start of the semester. A charge of £10 per week will be levied for payments made after this date.
