 International Accommodation

With the variety of accommodation options, there's something to suit most students' preferences, whether you wish to live on-campus or off campus.

On-Campus Accommodation

Living on-campus adds a whole new dimension to your university experience as you socialise with fellow students from all over the world. Bond offers a variety of accommodation options, all within easy walking distance of Don's Tavern, restaurants, sports centre, sporting facilities and Faculties.

All on-campus accommodation is air-conditioned and serviced weekly, with linen provided. Shared laundry facilities with automatic washing machines and dryers are convenient to all rooms. Options include:

  • Twin room - Standard with shared bathroom facilities
  • Twin room - Premium with larger interconnecting shared room and shared bathroom facilities
  • Single room with shared bathroom facilities
  • Single room with private ensuite
  • Single room in a residence flat with two or three bedrooms, shared bathroom and limited cooking facilities
  • Bungalow room - single room with private ensuite, shared common area and cooking area

Prices range from $115 per person per week for a standard twin room up to $210 per person per week for a private single or bungalow room. Accommodation must be purchased in conjunction with meal packages which start from $1,680 per semester and can be used to dine at The Brasserie, Bond Café, Don's Tavern and the University Club.

In addition to the one-on-one academic and personal support available from the live-in team of Resident Fellows, resident students enjoy a great social life as they mix with classmates at mealtimes and in study sessions. And there's always someone around to talk to in the shared common areas.

Resident students also get to take part in the weekly Res Wars where teams from each residential complex compete in a variety of sporting activities and other traditional university events.

Demand for on-campus accommodation is high and we recommend that you book as soon as reservations open approximately 10 weeks prior to the start of each semester. All rooms can be viewed and booked online at www.myroom.bond.edu.au.

Off-Campus Accommodation

There is a wide range of rental accommodation available near the university if you would rather live off campus. The options include houses or apartments on a single or shared basis, with rentals varying from AUD$150 to AUD$500 per week, depending on size, location and the number of bedrooms. You will also need to budget for a security deposit (bond), food, electricity, telephone and cleaning. For more information, please visit our website at www.bond.edu.au/accommodation
