Every housing option provides laundry facilities, and on-site security.

Garret Mountain Campus: Knuppel Hall & Garret Hall

There are two coed student residences on the Garret Mountain campus - Knuppel Hall, which has all single rooms, and Garret Hall, which has rooms for double occupancy. Both facilities are located close to the Academic Center, with a spacious lawn in between. Both have inside access to the student cafeteria, which provides full food service for both commuters and resident students.

Every room is equipped with a microwave oven and refrigerator, and is cable ready for television. There is a lounge with large-screen television, as well as laundry facilities. There is overnight security, as well as a full-time residence director.

Single rooms are available with private baths, bathrooms shared with one other person, or shared with the floor. Every double room contains a sink.

The Garret Mountain campus has a full-time athletic director, with the sports program varying from year to year according to the interests of the student body. There is a basketball court on campus as well as plenty of open space for volleyball or soccer.

Or, you may prefer to just relax and enjoy the idyllic view from the gazebo in front of Knuppel Hall. The tastefully landscaped grounds provide many spots for all types of outdoor activities.

White Plains Campus: Cottage Place
In Westchester, residence facilities are available in Cottage Place, a brand new six storey building adjacent to the White Plains Campus— a short walk from classes, the library, the student center, and all sorts of campus activities. It is also within walking distance to train and bus lines. The facility features studio apartments with kitchenettes, and two- and three-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and living rooms. Bright, cheerful, and attractively furnished, each apartment is air-conditioned and wired for voice, data, and cable television.

Choose an efficiency studio, or a one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartment:

• Efficiency studios feature one bedroom and bathroom, and a galley kitchen, equipped with a small refrigerator, a two-burner glass top stove, and a microwave.
• Two bedroom units include a bathroom, a large kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and stove, and a living room.
• Three bedroom units feature two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen that includes a full-size refrigerator and stove, and a big living room.
• Each unit is bright, cheerful, and attractively furnished.
• All apartments are air-conditioned, as well as cable and Internet ready.
• Accommodations include overnight security and laundry facilities.
• Many units have great views.
