Edwise was started in 1991, by Mr. Sushil Sukhwani, Mr. Ajay Sukhwani, Mr Assan Sukhwani and Preeti Sukhwani and is a reputed organization with a strong Ethical Practice Code. Mr. Assan Sukhwani, He is a qualified Electronics Engineer and has been in business world for more than 40 years. He is very well versed with international business practices and has a complete hold on all aspects of the operations. He has lived and worked overseas for several years. Mr. Sushil Sukhwani, one of the Director's of the company holds a MBA in Marketing from Bond University. Mr. Ajay Sukhwani, the other Director of the company, is also holding a MBA degree from European University - Montreux Switzerland. Preeti Sukhwani, who is also on the Directorial Board, is a Post Graduate in Commerce, Specializing in Management from the University of Bombay, joined the Business soon after graduation and in a short time has helped organization achieve great results.

All four Directors, Preeti, Ajay, Assan and Sushil, are well traveled individuals with vast international exposure, and together they built the huge organization, 'Edwise' with offices in 13 cities, that it is today.

Edwise is a registered member of NZIER and works very closely with British Council.
Mr. Sushil Sukhwani is the Western Region Representative of Association of Indian Graduates from Australia-AIGA.

AIGA is the only alumni organisation of Indian residents who have completed their tertiary qualifications from an Australian educational or training institution.
It is recognized by the Australian Government through its international arm of Department of Education.
