University-managed housing
An additional 300 places are available in university-managed housing in the
private sector. Personal contents insurance are included in rents and all

Renting in the private sector
Private landlords whose accommodation meets their requirements in terms of both
price and quality can register their properties with the university
accommodation service. A range of different kinds of properties are usually
available to students.
