ABOUT UPEI:
A public liberal arts and science institution, UPEI is committed to

ACCOMMODATION :
New
Residence
UPEI is pleased to offer visitors accommodations in their new
residence from May until September each year. Opened in 2006, this
well-designed, five-storey building houses guests in one-, two-, and
three-bedroom suites. Each suite features large bedrooms, double
beds, 27” cable TV, and a private bathroom. The New Residence is
connected to Wanda Wyatt Dining Hall.
Guests will enjoy the added space of the kitchenette
area, which is equipped with a table and chairs, microwave, and
mini-fridge.
Residence accommodations offer a number of guest
services including laundry facilities, a 24-hour front desk, and a
bookstore kiosk. Residence room fees include free parking, local
telephone access, a bed linen and towel exchange service, access to
e-mail, and 24-hour security. UPEI is pleased to provide a
smoke-free environment.
Bernardine Hall :
This residence is a modern, four-storey building, which is located
next to the Wanda Wyatt Dining Hall. It can house approximately 144
individuals in rooms with connecting bathrooms, allowing up to four
guests to share complete bathroom facilities.
Bernardine Hall was recently renovated with guest
comfort in mind. Upgrades include new furnishings, flooring, and
refinished bathrooms. Each floor in Bernardine Hall also provides a
TV lounge, study room, kitchenette, and laundry facilities.

Blanchard Hall :
Blanchard Hall, their apartment-style residence, is located a short
distance from the Dining Hall at the south end of the campus. The
three-storey brick building contains 65 two-bedroom apartments,
complete with full kitchen, living room equipped with a 27” cable
TV, and bathroom.
Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds,
allowing four people to share an apartment. Last year, UPEI upgraded
bathroom and kitchen facilities. Laundry facilities and a TV lounge
are located on the first floor.

Additional food services, such as lunch, supper, BBQs
and banquets, are available. They are happy to provide you with
specific menus suited to your group and budget.
