Sutton Coldfield College have an enviable reputation for being one of the most successful and popular
colleges in Birmingham, attracting students from all over the West Midlands and
overseas. The College is a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) in Integrated
Manufacturing Technology and a partner in Centre of Vocational Excellence in
Business and Professional.
The College offers a comprehensive choice of courses for 16-19 year olds, adult
learners and companies, ranging from GCSEs, NVQs, A Levels, Access to HE, HNDs
and Professional qualifications, amongst others. Their campuses are located across
the northside of Birmingham; in Sutton Coldfield, Great Barr and Erdington, plus
a dedicated Design Centre a few minutes walk from Sutton Coldfield Town Centre.
The College buildings and facilities are everything you would expect from a modern,
progressive college including fully-equipped learning centres, a dedicated Art &
Design centre, sports hall, gyms, theatre, TV and radio studios, hairdressing
and beauty salons and excellent recreational and student areas.

All of their campuses are easily accessible via car and
bus. Sutton Coldfield and Erdington Campuses are stops on the Lichfield to
Redditch Cross City Line, the train stations are just a few minutes' walk to the
campuses.
Sutton Coldfield College is unique in its set-up.
They
have three dedicated teaching directorates - Sixth Form (full-time 16-19 yrs),
Adult Learning (full-time and part-time courses for adults 19 yrs +) and
Business Development (delivering qualifications and training for companies).
Each directorate is self sufficient enabling them to provide a dedicated service
for each of their client groups needs.
