Step 1
Complete Application Form. Please submit application form either online or print out the Application Form (PDF format).  

Step 2
Attach certified copies of all academic qualifications, including school reports and official examination certificates, and any relevant employment documents. Copies can be certified by:

The official records department of the Institute that originally issued the documents.
A Justice of the Peace or Notary Public.
An authorized QIBT representative.

Step 3
Send your application to QIBT via the online process

Step 4
If your application is successful you will receive a Letter of Offer explaining the course you have been offered, the fees payable, and the course commencement date.

Step 5
In order to accept the offer of a place it will be necessary to pay the fees and charges due. This will include partial course fees - usually one semester. Payment plans are also available for Australian Citizens and Permanent Resident's, please contact the office for further information. At this stage, if you ticked yes to accommodation or airport pick-up on the application form, you must complete the necessary forms and also pay the associated fees (see the table in the 'How much does it cost' section).
