Accommodation Services
Langside College offers information about a wide range of accommodation. It holds a list of local flats, bedsits and family-based accommodation with meals provided. Student Residences are located on-campus.

• Family-based accommodation
Typical accommodation within a host family environment consists of rooms in homes which are comfortable and well looked after. The families are carefully selected local people of a friendly nature, offering comfortable rooms equipped with a bed, wardrobe, chair and desk, for study purposes.
Living with a host family allows you to adapt quickly to the Scottish culture and allows you to enjoy using and developing your English skills.
Prices range from £85 to £100 per week (current prices), for accommodation with meals provided.
• Self-catering accommodation
Self-catering accommodation prices start at about £40 per week (current prices) and are dependent on numbers sharing the accommodation, its location and its facilities.
• Student Residences
Self-catering centrally heated, accommodation with single rooms and private toilet and shower with shared kitchen and lounge facilities
Rooms are £83 per week (current prices) including electricity.

How can I get help with my initial visa and any extension to it that I may need?
All students must obtain a valid visa before starting a course. International Student Services at Langside College can assist in the preparation of visa applications.
 
Will I be meet at the airport?
So long as you inform us of the details, at least one week in advance of you arrival, it can meet you at the airport and transport you to your accommodation.
