The monthly cost for rent varies from one area to another depending on the
community, the age of the building and lease conditions (furnished or not, heat

In general, apartments do not come furnished but most are equipped with a
refrigerator and stove. If electricity and heating costs are not included in the
rental amount, you are responsible for the monthly payment of these services.
