For over 20 years, LASALLE has been nurturing some of
Singapore's leading creative practitioners. Their hero graduates and
accomplished faculty staff include established artists at the Venice
Biennale, acclaimed designers recognised by the British D&AD and red
dot, respected curators, writers, musicians, dance and theatre
pioneers, and countless practitioners from the creative industries
in Singapore and beyond.
Globally, LASALLE is linked to over 40 cities, with
their connections running the gamut from the far-reaching creative
practice and research work of their staff, students and alumni, to
the international origins of their staff and students.
Today, LASALLE's home-grown undergraduate and
postgraduate programmes bring international education to your
doorstep, with qualifications equivalent to UK MA, BA (Hons) and
DipHE.
As an accredited institution of the Open University,
the United Kingdom's largest university, LASALLE's extensive range
of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees are benchmarked against
the best universities in the UK. All degree programmes have been
developed by LASALLE and validated through a process of external
peer review by the Open University Validation Services, making them
equivalent to UK Master and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degrees.
At
the city campus, LASALLE shapes the future with you. An integrated
learning environment for higher education in the arts, their home

Arts, Culture, Learning and Entertainment hub of Singapore, the open

THE INSTITUTION:
LASALLE College of the Arts was founded in 1984. Since then, they
have grown into Asia Pacific's leading arts institution. They bring
you the widest range of programmes in the region, designed to
cultivate creative talents. It is their pride to maintain some of
the finest degree courses in design, fine art, the media arts,
music, theatre and dance.
This is in part thanks to their global links.

international creative community.

instititutions like University of Notre Dame, Perth, Australia and
Stephen F. Austin University, Texas, USA. They also reflect the
global reach of works and research by staff, students and alumni.
On another front, their mix of international and
local staff and students makes for an enriching, culturally diverse
environment that promotes creativity. In fact, 30% of their students
are from overseas, hailing from over 30 countries.
Naturally, they believe in helping their students
develop creative minds that stay relevant with the times. Through
their contemporary focus and innovative approach, they challenge
them to push boundaries, both in practice and theory.
As an accredited institution of the Open University
from the United Kingdom, their programmes are developed according to
strict criteria and validated through an external peer review by the
Open University Validation Services, ensuring that they are

Students will also benefit from the state-of-the-art
facilities at their New City Campus, including Singapore's largest
exhibition and gallery space for contemporary arts.

autonomously with financial support from Singapore's Ministry of
