HISTORY :
The University's been around since 1949. It's one of Arizona's fastest growing private, Christian Universities. GCU offers over 60 degree programs to choose from in just about any area you might be of interest. Their degrees, anchored in their Christian heritages, are highly respected by industry leaders and employers prefer their graduates.

Phoenix has more than 300 days of sunshine offering you the opportunity to venture outdoors and see its expansive parks, rivers, lakes, hiking trails, bike paths, and sunsets you won't believe!

You'll have the chance to attend major league sports all year long, including football, baseball, hockey, men's and women's basketball, and arena football as well as NASCAR events at Phoenix International Raceway. Phoenix is also home to the annual FBR golf tournament and Parada Del Sol rodeo.

If that's not enough for you, you're less than a six-hour drive from the beaches of Los Angeles, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is served by most major airlines, so several hundred flights a day can take you home, or bring friends and family to you!
