 Academy Facilities
The Academy contains the latest educational facilities - multi-functional classrooms, modern data projection equipment, two commercial training kitchens, cafe bar, wine training centre, social club as well as a training restaurant. All tutors are highly qualified, professional and have the expertise to get you started on your professional career. Our training processes follow a high educational and instructive standard that is set by NZQA and the Hospitality Standards Institute. This enables the tutors to fully develop the students' learning skills, their ability to adapt well to all working situations as well as the necessary management skills. The student therefore will acquire the confidence to apply their newly developed abilities to any future hospitality career.
