in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore.
KIDUM
Headquartered in Tel Aviv, The Kidum Group has three main lines of business:
Kidum Test Preparation, which provides classroom-based test preparation for the
psychometric exam; Lachman Test Preparation, which provides classroom based test
preparation for the matriculation and psychometric exams; and WSI Training Ltd.,
which provides computer-based English language training programs. The company
also provides test preparation for other smaller scale high school exams and for
the GMAT.
Kaplan English Programs
Kaplan English Programs help students reach their language goals - whether they
are located in the U.S or overseas. Kaplan offers English language training for
many levels and provides expert TOEFL, TOEIC, GMAT, GRE and SAT preparation for

Asia Pacific Management Institute (APMI)
Based in Singapore with operations in Hong Kong, Asia Pacific Management
Institute (APMI) offers undergraduate and postgraduate education, including
Ph.D. and MBA degrees. Through affiliations with institutions in Australia, the
United Kingdom and the United States, APMI enrolls more than 2,600 students.
Dublin Business School (DBS)
With 4,000 students enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, professional and
executive education programs, Dublin Business School (DBS) is Ireland's largest
private postsecondary institution. Founded in 1975, DBS offers programs in
fields such as business, information technology and psychology and has recently
expanded to include campuses in Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.
Nottingham Trent International College (NTIC)
Through a collaboration with Nottingham Trent University in England, Kaplan has
formed Nottingham Trent International College (NTIC). NTIC offers international
students intensive academic programs, incorporating coursework, English language
preparation and study skills, designed to help students obtain the requisite
credentials for admission to the University. The College offers a diverse range
of undergraduate and pre-masters programs, including courses in international
business, multimedia engineering and international trade law.
Sheffield International College
In November 2005, Kaplan and the University of Sheffield announced plans to
develop Sheffield International College. The College provides undergraduate and
pre-masters qualifications in two areas of study: business, law and social
sciences; and science and engineering. It combines academic subjects with
intensive English language training. The University of Sheffield is one of the
U.K.'s leading centers for world-class research. The first intake for Sheffield
International College will be in September 2006.
Holbokrn College
Kaplan acquired Holbokrn College in November 2005. Holborn, one of the most
successful independent colleges of business and law in the U.K., offers a range
of pre-university, undergraduate, postgraduate and professional courses. It
provides courses to approximately 1,500 students.
Hong
Kong Putonghua Vocational School
The Hong Kong Putonghua Vocational School (HKPVS), established in 1973, is a
leading provider of Mandarin language training in Hong Kong. The school
provides Mandarin language instruction for individual students and executive
learners, including international professionals seeking to improve business
links in the region. HKPVS also prepares students for the standardized Chinese
Proficiency Test (HSK). The school has 10,000 students, 75 employees and seven
centers in Hong Kong.

Learning Limited
Tribeca Learning Limited is a leading provider of accredited education courses
