2. Complete the application form:

• If applying from outside Australia, enclose a bank draft for A$50. Note: This application and processing fee is non-refundable.
• Check that you have completed section 'C' on the application form and attach relevant documentation.
• Check that you have completed section 'D, E & F' on the application form and attach all supporting documentation including academic transcripts, employer references and details of work experience (if applicable) that have been translated into English.
