Founded in 1886, located in Salina, Kansas. The Mission Statement of Kansas Wesleyan University is to promote and integrate academic excellence, spiritual development, personal well-being, and social responsibility. About half the student population lives on campus. 99% of KWU students receive financial assistance. Its a private University.

Location & Facilities

The 28-acre KWU campus is located in the center of the country. It’s a city of movies, malls, restaurants, arts, concerts, sports and smiles all around.

The University is divided academically into 6 divisions and 18 departments. Courses are offered for 25 undergraduate majors and 1 graduate program, the MBA. MBA Degree which offers emphasis in Business Administration or Sports Management.

Scholarships

Offer an extensive scholarship program.The annual amount of these scholarships range from $1,500 - $6,000. (Students with a 3.0+ GPA and a 20+ ACT or 950+ SAT score who apply by March 15th automatically qualify for a minimum scholarship package of $5,000 - $10,000 or more). Students who need - or choose - to work can find a job right here on campus. Working as few as 7 hours a week can shave $1,000 off the cost of tuition. There are also ample work opportunities literally down the street in Salina.
