Bellevue Community College

Overview

Bellevue College (formerly Bellevue Community College or BCC) is a community college located in Bellevue, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. It serves 35,000 students per year, making it the largest community college and second largest institution of higher education overall in Washington state (behind the University of Washington and ahead of Washington State University). Bellevue College offers associate's degree programs covering the first two years of a college education as well as degrees, certificates, and continuing education programs. The college was founded in 1966.

Accreditation
Bellevue College is accredited as a baccalaureate degree-granting institution by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities, an institutional accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and the U.S. Department of Education. The main campus comprises of 12 educational buildings on 96 wooded acres

Accommodation

Scholarships

The money which Bellevue give students are "ACADEMIC AWARDS".  Currently, Bellevue college give $400 to the academically top 50 international student every quarter.  If the students remain in the top 50 academically, they can receive this every quarter.

 

Bellevue College also give one Leadership Award every quarter for $500 to an international student.  This student must demonstrate a form of leadership, such as being an officer in one of the many clubs on campus.
