The Institute of Applied Learning (IAL) is one of New Zealand's oldest Private Training Establishments. IAL's Diploma of Hospitality Management in partnership with the I César Ritz Colleges, Switzerland provides students with international pathways to exciting careers in hotels, resorts and wineries throughout the world.
This IAL qualification focuses on preparing students with current and relevant hospitality skills required for employment within any of these industries.

The IAL campus is located in Otahuhu, Auckland. the IAL campus features free student car parking and is close to restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as bus stops and motorways.
