The RCC Institute of Technology received Ministerial Consent in Ontario, in 2004, to offer Bachelor of Technology programs in Electronics Engineering Technology BT(EET) and Computer Information Systems BT(CIS).
This consent, the first provided to an independent, non-secular institution in Ontario, was the result of a review process conducted by the Postsecondary Education Quality Assessment Board as established by the Postsecondary Education Choice and Excellence Act (2000).
Full details about the rigour of the review process in Ontario and the standards by which the Institute’s programs were judged by the Ontario Post-Secondary Education Quality Assurance Board are available at the PEQAB website.
