Headmasters was founded by Donna and Wayne Gannon to help raise the standard of skills and service in the Hairdressing and Beauty industry. Donna and Wayne have been leaders in the Hairdressing and Beauty industry for over 4 decades. They have owned successful salons, distributed products and represented the Hairdressing and Beauty industry both Nationally and Internationally. In 1992 Wayne was awarded the Medal of Honour by La Confederation Internationale de La Coiffure, this is the highest International Award in the Hairdressing industry.
Headmasters - Melbourne’s most vibrant hair, beauty, spa and fashion training academy. Apprentices and fastrack training students from all over the world, and from all walks of life, receive world class education and training, work ready to take on the exciting world of hairdressing, beauty therapy and fashion.
Over nearly two decades, Headmasters has become the hair and beauty industry training benchmark institution, sought by hairdressing students and salons alike for up to date techniques and career defining teaching that remains within the reach of all.

Championships and Awards Night:
Headmasters Championships & Awards Night is a highlight on the Hairdressing and Beauty calendar.
Each year the student with the highest of judges scores is crowned Headmasters Champion with a prize of $1,000. In 2009 the event was held at Melbourne’s Hilton on the Park with Daniela Barca from Rokk Ebony winning the coveted prize of Headmasters Champion.
